Bacterias are considered as the most important factor to cause infection and food poisoning ,so that microbial contamination in food is thought to be an increasing worldwide crisis.current study have been conducted aiming to determine the microbial contamination rate in foid samples.
Methods
In this cross_sectional descriptive study 606 different food samples have been randomly sampled.
Results
This study has shown that the bacterias of escherichia coli,coliform mesophil are taken into consideration as the most pollutant foods.
Conclusion
In order to prevent microbial contamination in foods,personal awareness,observing the sanitation,serveirllance in preparation ,transportation,storage and supply of food are all of graet nessesity
