In 1974 moll and colleagues established the concept of a group of inter-related disorders originally termed seronegative spondarthritides. their disease group now known aspondyloarthritis disease that is consist of psoriatic arthritis, reactive arthritis, arthritis related to inflammatory bowel disease, a subgroup of juvenile idiopathic arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. the frequency of different allele's effect on the disease. some of these alleles are hla-b27, hla-b60. investigations shows that the hla-b27 alleles have the greatest effect on this disease. nevertheless there is a little studies about the effect of hla-b07 allele's frequency on the disease. so in this paper we investigate this allele's frequency on the patients with spondyloarthritis disease.
Methods
We choose a statistical society formed by 110 persons that went to buali laboratory. 80 of these persons suffer the spondyloarthritis disease but 30 of them are healthy and themselves and their family had no disease background and join the experiment on their own decision. first to identify the hla-b07 alleles, we use the pcr experiments and then the results analyzed by spss software with the significant level of 0.05.
Results
The results shows that the 88.4 present of the persons with disease were hla-b07 positive while only 16 present of the healthy persons were hla-b07 positive
Conclusion
Based on results that we obtained during our tests,it can be seen that there is a meaningful relation between hla-b07 allele and spondyloarthritis disease.
